The vertical line of the first-line auxiliary line adopts the structure of the standard plate type traction chain with platen, mainly consists of the driving device, the transmission shaft assembly, the tensioning shaft assembly, the intermediate bracket, the frame support trolley, the head frame assembly, and the tailstock. The assembly and the like are independent of the control part of the first line main line, and no interlock function is provided. The production line has a total of 14 stations, each station has a three-color display light, and there are buttons and one on each of the left and right sides. There are three buttons for emergency stop, help and missing, and the button box is arranged along the line. The system is equipped with a large-screen display for real-time synchronous display of on-site data transmission in the workshop.
