The accumulative conveying system consists of the following parts: all the conveying rails (including the interior of the chamber), the ground steel structure, the conveying system, the upper and lower pieces hoist lifting device, and the on-site control equipment. The maximum weight of the workpiece is 1184Kg; the largest size is 2590×1880×2640mm; the production line beats 8min. The control system includes an electrical control for loading and unloading the integrated delivery system and the spray accumulation system, a central control room monitoring system, a coded label recognition system, and an ANDON system. Among them, the loading and unloading conveying system accumulative conveying system is PLC#1 area, and the spraying and accumulating conveying system is PLC#3 area. Each zone is equipped with a PLC system and Ethernet interface to communicate with the central control room monitoring system. The control system uses fieldbus and the field control I/O uses the SIEMNS ET200S series. All inverters in the system are controlled and monitored online via PROFIBUS.
