In order to adapt to the development of liquor market and achieve the sales target of 10 billion yuan, Fenjiu Group plans to build a new plant with an area of 1100 mu, and the overall project is divided into two phases. Fenjiu warehouse system is the first phase of implementation, with an investment of 103 million yuan. The whole system includes about 2000 sets of all kinds of conveying equipment, and the total conveying length is about 3600 meters. The total capacity of the packaging material logistics warehousing and conveying system is 525 pallets / hour. The palletizing capacity of the robot of the finished product logistics palletizing storage and transportation system is 96000 bottles / hour, about 12000 boxes / hour, and the total capacity of the in and out warehouse is 506 pallets / hour.
